Notes on free inspection
The application period is from March 2nd to May 12th as above.
Travel and maintenance costs are free of charge when applying for a pre-inspection.
Commercial air conditioners (schools or companies) are excluded from pre-inspection, and only household use can apply for free inspection.
Self-inspection items before free inspection
▶If the remote control does not work, it is highly likely that the battery is out of power, so please replace it with a new one.
▶If the wind strength is weak and the smell is terrible, please wash and dry the air conditioner filter beforehand and start it again. If it still smells, please tell us during the free inspection.
▶If the cooling is weak, try lowering the set temperature and check the ventilation of the outdoor unit and whether the fan is working.
▶In the case of a stand air conditioner product rather than a ceiling type air conditioner, check the power connection and run the indoor unit and outdoor unit area and artificial intelligence diagnosis first.
