How to apply for Kyowon Wells AS
The first step is to apply for AS on the Kyowon Wells website.
After accessing the wells homepage (www.kyowonwells.com) on your mobile or PC, find the customer center in the menu.

If you look at the customer center menu, you can see <AS application/inquiry>. You can directly apply for AS here.
However, only water purifiers, air purifiers, bidets, and water softeners are eligible for direct AS application on the homepage. If you need AS for other products, you must call the customer center and apply.
You must check and enter your customer number on the AS application/inquiry screen. If you look at the service card of the product you are using, the customer number is listed below the barcode along with your name. You just need to enter that customer number to confirm.
All you need to do is enter your name, phone number, address, Kyowon Wells products that you received AS, and AS contents required for AS application. Select the date you wish to visit AS and apply.
If you apply in this way, the person in charge will contact you regarding dates and visits.
Visiting AS is free of charge in the case of rental products, but charged for non-rental products. It’s a good idea to check if the visit AS costs anything. And AS is usually only available on weekdays. In the case of weekends, you must check with the customer center for availability. For other brands, for example, if the AS driver in charge is on duty, there are places where AS can be visited even on Saturdays.
