1. Refresher training for nursing assistants
Nursing assistants must report their qualifications every three years, and for this, they must receive continuing education.
This supplementary education is compulsory as a legal education, and medical personnel such as doctors and nurses as well as nursing assistants must complete the same to be able to report their qualifications.
Nursing assistants must complete at least 8 hours of continuing education per year, or at least 24 hours in 3 years, and if they do not report during the qualification reporting period, they will receive a separate administrative penalty. (1st warning, 2nd 7-day suspension of qualifications)

Some eligible people are eligible to apply for exemption/suspension of continuing education. First, the condition for continuing education is exempted.
Continuing education exemption>>
Students enrolled in a university or junior college majoring in nursing in accordance with Article 7, Subparagraph 1 of the Medical Act for more than one semester
New qualification holders who were issued a license in the current year
Those who are recognized by the Minister of Health and Welfare as not needing to receive refresher education
If you have received continuing education or graduate school education related to the license (qualification) in a foreign country
Those who gave birth while re-jaiding, those who gave birth after leaving the company, and those who left after giving birth
Military service for more than 6 months (general and medical)
The following are the conditions for deferment of continuing education.
Continuing Education Suspension Target>>
A person for whom the Minister of Health and Welfare recognizes that it is difficult to receive continuing education due to his/her illness or other unavoidable reasons
Those who were not engaged in work related to the relevant qualification in the relevant year
