Energy Efficiency Grade 1
KEPCO is conducting a KEPCO high-efficiency home appliance purchase cost support project that provides 10% of the purchase price (limit of KRW 300,000 per household) to welfare discount households when purchasing first-class home appliances.
You can apply for this project until the budget is exhausted, so please apply for those who fall under the following targets.
Energy Efficiency Grade 1 Refund
This project is conducted for KEPCO electricity rate welfare discount households, and the eligible recipients are as follows.
Disabled: Disabled people with severe disability according to the Disabled Persons Welfare Act (existing 1st to 3rd grade)
Men of merit: Men of national merit, disabled men of merit, independence men of merit
Recipients of basic livelihood benefits: recipients of livelihood/medical benefits and recipients of housing/education benefits
Social Welfare Facilities: Facilities reported under the Social Welfare Services Act or related laws
Households with 3 or more children: Households with 3 children or 3 or more children
Large family: households with 5 or more members
Maternity households: Households that include infants less than 3 years old from the date of birth
Life support equipment: Oxygen concentrator, ventilator user
Second class: National Basic Livelihood Security Act, Welfare for Persons with Disabilities Act, National Health Insurance, and Single Parent Family Support Act

From January 1, 2022, TV energy efficiency rating standards will be strengthened. The grade may decrease for each model, so make sure to check whether the product is in the first grade before applying.
Amount of support
If you fall under any of the above and have purchased household appliances with a refundable energy consumption efficiency rating of 1, you can get a refund of 10% of the purchase price (up to KRW 300,000 per household).
How to apply for a Class 1 home appliance refund
Application can be made online, and can be applied after confirming the target on the website of KEPCO. The application documents are as follows.

Transaction details: purchaser name, item, model name, purchase amount, purchase date, purchase store name, seal
Purchase Receipt: Purchase amount, purchase date, approval number, purchase store name
Efficiency rating label photo: model name, rating, effective date of application standard
Photo of nameplate: serial number, model name
