How to deal with local authentication failure

Before verifying your neighborhood, please check if your current location is in the neighborhood you want to authenticate (the neighborhood you want to access).
If the neighborhood you are trying to authenticate (the neighborhood you are trying to access) and your current location are different, authentication will fail. Please verify when you are in the area.
There are four main cases where local authentication does not work.
First, if the mobile phone does not approve the location information
Android (Android 6.0 or higher)
Find the carrot market app in [Phone Settings > Privacy & Safety > App Permissions > Location] and allow location information.

In [Phone Settings > Carrot Market > Location], check whether 1) location access is allowed and 2) correct location settings are turned on.

Third, if the mobile phone does not recognize the current location even if location information is turned on
Please try the neighborhood authentication again by the window or outdoors.
If it still does not work, run a map app such as ‘Naver Map’ or ‘Next Map’ and try [Get Current Location] or [Recognize Current Location].
Run the carrot market app once again and try local authentication.
Fourth, if I am not actually in the currently set neighborhood
Make sure my neighborhood is set up properly.

Fifth, if you authenticate in too many neighborhoods in a short period of time or authenticate in an unusual way, neighborhood authentication may be limited.
